Бульдозер Caterpillar D6R

Powerful and efficient, this machine features a classic Cat turbocharged engine with over 175 HP output, easily tackling complex applications such as heavy-duty dozing, surface clearing, and landfilling. Its ample torque reserve and a 3-speed planetary powershift transmission deliver efficient power transfer, fast cycle speeds, and significantly higher productivity than comparable machines.

The machine boasts a rugged and durable structure, featuring a heavy-duty box-type frame and reinforced track undercarriage. Key load-bearing components are constructed of high-strength alloy steel to withstand long-term impact loads. Chassis components such as track links and rollers undergo rigorous wear-resistant treatment, ensuring a long service life in muddy, rocky, and other harsh terrain, reducing equipment failures.

Precise and comfortable operation: The cab, equipped with ROPS/FOPS protection, offers spacious interior space. Optional air suspension seat and automatic air conditioning are available. Operator noise levels are as low as 78 dB(A), significantly reducing fatigue. The hydraulic control system is responsive, providing precise blade and track control, making it easy for even novice operators to quickly master the machine. Easy and low-cost maintenance: Critical components like the engine and hydraulic system have centralized and easily accessible maintenance points, allowing for extended oil and fuel filter change intervals. Later models are equipped with the Cat Electronic Diagnostic System, which monitors equipment status in real time and provides early warning of faults. The modular design allows for efficient replacement of major components, reducing maintenance downtime.

Versatile and adaptable, it supports a variety of blade configurations (straight, general-purpose, and tilt blades) and can be equipped with a variety of attachments, including ripper, winch, and snow pusher, making it suitable for diverse applications such as mining, construction, agriculture, and forestry. The LGP wide track configuration offers a ground pressure as low as 30kPa, ensuring stable operation on soft surfaces and a wide range of applications.
