SEMIX Mobile 100S4 is equipped with 3000/2000 liters capacity Concrete mixers which can be a single shaft, twin shaft, or planetary type mixers. In SEMIX Concrete Mixers NiHard4 or Hardox 450 wearings are used according to the Concrete recipe’s sillicium ratio.

All SEMIX Aggregate Storage hoppers are bent trapezoidal shape for having an extra strength. Aggregate storage hoppers can be fed by wheeled loaders with a single ramp. Aggregates are weighed in the weighing conveyor which transfers aggregates to the transfer conveyor. Having two separate conveyors providing accuracy in weighing and performance for reaching higher Concrete outputs.

All SEMIX Concrete Batching Plants are being controlled by a SCADA system with a Schneider PLC integrated. Users can follow all used materials and integrate it their CRM system. SEMIX's engineering team can intervene in the Automation system online to provide service.

SEMIX Mobile 100S4 ist mit Betonmischern mit einem Fassungsvermögen von 3.000/2.000 Litern ausgestattet, die als Einwellen-, Doppelwellen- oder Planetenmischer ausgeführt werden können. Entsprechend des Siliziumanteils der Betonrezeptur, werden bei den SEMIX Betonmischern NiHard4 oder Hardox 450 Verschleißteile verwendet.

Alle SEMIX Zuschlagstoff-Speicherbehälter sind trapezförmig geformt, um eine zusätzliche Festigkeit zu erreichen. Die Zuschlagstoff-Speicherbehälter können mit Radladern mit einer einzigen Rampe bestückt werden. Die Zuschlagstoffe werden im Wiegeförderer gewogen, der die Zuschlagstoffe auf den Transferförderer übergibt. Zwei getrennte Förderer bieten Genauigkeit beim Wiegen und erreichen eine höhere Betonleistung.

Alle SEMIX-Betondosieranlagen werden von einem SCADA-System mit integrierter Schneider-SPS gesteuert. Die Benutzer können alle verwendeten Materialien nachverfolgen und in ihr CRM-System integrieren. Zu Servicezwecken kann das Ingenieurteam von SEMIX online in das Automatisierungssystem eingreifen

Toutes les centrales à béton SEMIX sont contrôlées par un système SCADA avec un PLC Schneider intégré. Les utilisateurs peuvent suivre tous les matériaux utilisés et les intégrer dans leur système CRM.
